My number one go-to advice- drink lemon water. Hydrating the body when you wake up after hours of sleep is a beautiful way today good morning to your body and get the soul pulled back down to earth.
Some other fun things I chat about are tea over coffee, gentle stretching, somatic stress relief, reading, making my bed, and morning pages.
